At New Design Metalwork & Crafts, each product is individually handmade using wood, glass, and metal. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor variations in color, texture, grain, finish, or pattern
- Handmade characteristics that naturally occur in artisan products
- Custom or made-to-order items
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Each item is handmade and unique.
Slight differences in:
- Wood grain
- Glass pattern
- Color tone
- Texture
- Metal finish
- Shape details
are natural and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Broken in transit
- Incorrect item received

- Clear photos of packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Resolution
If approved, we may offer one of the following:

- Repair (if applicable)
- Store credit
- Refund (at our sole discretion)
Shipping Damage
Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage is not covered.
