Handmade Products
Our products are individually handmade using wood, glass, and metal.
Because each item is handcrafted:
- No two pieces are identical
- Slight variations are expected
- Natural material differences may occur
- Handmade characteristics are not defects
Product Appearance
We make every effort to display our products accurately.
However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings
- Natural materials vary
- Handmade finishes may differ slightly from photos
Inventory & Made-to-Order Items
Some products may have limited stock available.
If quantities exceed available inventory, items may be made to order and may require additional production time.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including:
- Product availability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
- Shipping limitations
Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD.
Prices may change without notice.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Address errors
- Events beyond our control
Damaged Shipments
Customers must report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final except in approved cases involving:
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item received

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
