Shipping Locations
We currently ship BC, Select areas of Metro Vancouver only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
In-Stock Items
Products currently in stock are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Items
If inventory is sold out or quantities exceed available stock, your item may be made to order.
Made-to-order products may require additional production time.
Estimated production timelines will be communicated when applicable.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping within BC:
3–14 days
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.
Fragile Items
Our products may contain glass and delicate handmade components.
Although we package orders carefully, shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak holiday volume
- Circumstances outside our control
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
